Spun tires on the dyno. duh.
kidding. lost tach right there. We tried another run and lost it in the same place. Will use an optical signal if we go back with e85.

Spent a while on the phone with Mike from Southeast Power Systems. Good guy. Awesome understanding of turbo stuff.
We think my drain line is not sufficient. Its a 10AN hose with a straight 10AN fitting and a 45* 10AN fitting. But because a 10AN fitting has to fit inside a 10AN hose the ID is actually less than .5" on my fittings.
I'm going to have to spend some time under the car redesigning the oil drain, but hopefully can come up with something that works a little better. Thinking a flange with a straight tube that comes off the turbo, with a hose clamped rubber line. Then if I can swing it some sort of AN fitting on the drain. I'm thinking about getting some line to flare, and working with that. I could do a custom angle off the 10AN bung, and then bead roll the other end and slip a hose over.
Either way, its not hurting the turbo right now, so my track day on August 3rd is still on. Well see if I get to it by then.
