Yesterday I made the cuts in the shelf panel for my Harddog and had to think about this thread...




while I did mine...

Been going through tires on the stock rims, got 4 more 14s left!

but heres an update!

i bought some seats and harnesses!

driver: Corbeau FX1 w/ miata rails

passenger: No namefb but i like it better than the Corbeau! but i had to make a side mount rail and bracket!

sold my Bonneville, it was used to Compete in MECA and i had 2 sponsors. got out of the car audio scene for now

30 cube shell, 4th order wall for 2 18s, about 7 cubes sealed side, 21 cubes ported

sold all 15 batteries separate!

and my 12k amp

pic is after everything was taken out. helper bag/higher rated springs in the rear along with air struts. this car carried about another 2000 pounds of equipment!

the rails and mount i made dont budge period, the corbeau miata rails are flimsy. the driver seat moves alittle while the passenger side doesnt at all.

so i might make another one soon

Sven looks great! I see you took my idea of wrapping the cut edges with rubber trim, looks way better right?

Also 1 bar connecting the seat mounts? cut that out and add a bar on each side. Make it a rectangle for the obvious strength it gives.

oops, i added one more bar to the very top, it squeezes right up to the hump.

i thought i took a pic, ill get one if the weather doesnt turn to crap tonight.


but the Corbeau seat rails are crap compared to the one i made real quick.

Is there another bottom mount or side mount you guys recommend that is adjustable?

some new stuff and updates since I've been inactive.


stage 3 6 puck clutch and lightweight flywheel



pulled the MSPNP so i can remove the jumper on the clutch switch

getting ready for WBTB, repairing hardtop+new color, repaint hood and trunklid.
fix rust.

at WBTB- before i could put on my new coilovers to go lower...: kept seeing miatas that were just slammed, so i had to get in the show.

and my car got uploaded to Instagram. 1.2k likes!

Well if you're lucky the bump steer from being hella slammed yo will turn the wheels for you and make you crash and die. But not everyone can be that luck.
