I'm failing to see why blocking off at the head is preventing you from having a water feed.

It's called a drill and tap. M-Tuned is kind enough to put an NPT on their blocking plates assuming most are running FI.

That water neck looks ghey.

I have enough ports for water/coolant feed. That was the cheapest, with the less work. So yeah....

On the eve of finally putting the head back in the car I wondering if there would be any complications to bolt the turbo and drop the head/mani/ turbo as whole into the bay? When I mocked the turbo to the manifold it was a pain to fully secure the nuts. I thought is best to install it all outside, however I wonder if there would be any clearance issues.

If you have head studs, it'll be fine. I did it with stock head bolts, and it was a pain to line everything up, and it ended up sitting on the HG funny. Seems to be fine now, but you may not be as lucky. If I were to do it again, I'd lose the intake manifold and exhaust manifold before mounting the head. Makes it lighter anyways.

The head is in the car and I haz some clearance issues. First the lines from the steering rack are right under turbo where the drain hose goes. Can I just block the port on the steering rack? Second clearance issue is the cold-side pipiing; the re-route hose interferes with the inlet to the throttle body. I have tried other way to position the elbow but then the pipe interferes with either the sway bar or the radiator. Any suggestions?

Also I completely fucked the spacer for the re-route the fitting for the heater slightly touches the bellhousing of the tranny. So Im between buying of new spacer or try to plug this one. Two quick questions check the vacuum lines to the FPR, are they in correct order? also can anyone poing me which one of the fuel feed and return. I had them market but the tape fell off

The foreward hard line with the white dot on it is the return. The hose from the FPR goes there.

Did you resurface the head flange on that manifold?

Damn I thought I told you :( You're going to have some leakage between the manifold and the head til you resurface it. Definitely still drivable but when you get a chance pull the manifold and take it to Phil's machinist for a $20 resurface.
