Yay... Could not have possibly been in a shittier spot.. Gonna try a few different things tonight and see what works, hopefully i will have it out tonight.
I told you what to do!
It's how I got my water pump bolt out without drilling into the water jacket.
Spring loaded center punch,
Small drill bit, gradually increase size to the drill size recommended for tapping that thread. Then chase the thread out with a tap. Helecoil if you are worried about tender threads not maintaining torque spec

Bolt extracted, cam cap installed, all timed- cams and crank, 949 oil pan baffle trimmed and installed, windage trey/ oil pickup on, rear main seal installed with FM install tool, oil pan installed. Got a few more pieces to get for the manual steering rack, got my rack spacers from Psyber, will be bolting that all up and getting the motor onto the subframe likely next weekend, (gonna be out of town this weekend buying a new truck). Then hopefully clutch and trans will get bolted up, should be getting everything back from the powdercoater next week as well. Making baby steps as always. Also my EFR7163 finally showed up this week and immediately got torn down to go to the coaters as well, compressor housing is getting powder coated, turbine housing/ dp/ manifold is all getting cerakoted.

D585 truck coil mounts showed up the other day, went ahead and mounted them up to the spare valve cover, fit is perfect, a bit confusing at first to figure out the orientation of them on the different side brackets, but they fit like a glove, well worth it.
