Have you measured voltage at the fuel pumps while running? Is your wiring on fire?

Burnt fuckerd wiring don't work. Did aertomotive fix your problem. Take one of the stupid 500hp pumps out and run just one.

Put on an mkturbo kit and drive.

Pay TSE to put a 7163 on your car and tuen it.

Profit.

It will be going on this manifold. I will also be adding AC/PS back to his car.

Leakdown.

Also, Moar boost. Rings need pressure to seal.

Single wally460 will flow enough for like 750whp on pump gas + meth. I dont see why you need twin pumps lol.

Because those power levels quoted for what it's "rated" at are at 3 bar of fuel pressure. AKA, you have 2,000 cc injectors on a naturally aspirated engine.

Set the base at 60 PSI and run 30 PSI boost, (90 total) and all of a sudden that pump isn't flowing 1/2 as much as it was.

The answer is simple. You need a mechanical belt driven fuel pressure riser.

There is no reason for him to have a 60psi base pressure either...

I made 59X whp (backed up with mid130mph traps in a 3400pound car) at 28psi on e85 with a 45ish base pressure with a single one of those pumps. So again ..he should still have MORE then enough pump with a single on with 93 and meth. Just seems like a waste of effort if hes not in true need of the twin pumps..even more so if its having issues.

Was this a engine with only 4 fuel injectors? If so, what size were they to get that much hp? Sounds like your car had more than 4 fuel injectors unless you had 2,000cc injectors.

FWIW I did twin walbros on my 99, and it wasn't a lot of effort. It took about 1 hour to install the new pump and plumb/wire it up. Just clamped it in place, tee fitting, and 2 wires.

It was 4 ID2000s...but at that power level in a 4 cyl car your other option is to I guess the new id1700s but a year ago when i did that those were not out yet.
