You got it, 15 north "The Dark Side" It was dead, no cars. I tuned my car, its not an awesome tune but its a good solid street tune.

You got some ***** then .....I'd be so nervous driving around in boost. When you go to dial things in if you need them, I bought a set of those electronic det-cans from Jeff....they work pretty damn good, it can just be a little challenging to listen for detonation over valvetrain noise, exhaust, bov, road noise, etc

Cspence I can give you a good rundown on MS. I havent messed with spark a lot because I havent been able to tune on a dyno, but I can help you generally get better at using MS. I sell "PNP" kits for ford tfi setups (foxbodies and Merkur mainly) so I have gotten pretty decent at setting up megasquirts.

Definitly....I know you had said you were going to do a little run down for everyone once we all got together....I figured if I could pick up some stuff from each of you (you, Nick, and Chris) I'd be pretty well off. I'm a real hands on / mechanical person, but for some reason I learn MUCH better when taught than when trying to teach myself through literature....I got into some arguments with college professors over that

\thread hijacking, lol

I don't really know what I'm doing for tuning yet. I still need the 4 bar map for my mspnp. I just, I figure for now if my afr's are at 10.5-11.0 ar 20 psi, I'm doing ok. Unfortunately I came from a 500hp Dsm that I tuned on an afc and maf translator LOL. If there are any local guys that can help me out with a tune please speak up.

240 I may be moving down your way in a couple months.
If your heading to the Pike on Friday lemme know, maybe you can go through my programming quickly. Maybe even do a quick street tune.

you should shoot for more of the 11.5- 11.8 range full boost depending on what you got for timing. bring your laptop to the pike next time and shoot me a PM.

You guys crack me up. What is it 100 miles across CT the long way? It's 45 miles to the nearest super walmart here. I drive 160 miles each way to go to an auto-x.

I love the fact that on any given Fri or sat you can get 20 street races with of your choosing 5 min from my house LOL. Not that I do it, but I have a buddy with a Turbo ls2 swapped 350z that will race anytime anywhere, he's fairly entertaining to watch....

240, my wife and I are working on a house in wesrbrook right now, hopefully it all pans out.

haha OK OK we will all have to get together and do a megasquirt session. Lets not do it at 10pm on the berlin turnpike tho. I dont think street tuning would be such a great idea there.

LOL we had enough attention when I set up his launch control. **** sounds AMAZING on that exhaust.
