Forged 1.6 from Italy build thread and some noob questions

300-350whp built 1.6 from italy
Long story short, here in Italy 1.8 engines are uncommon and the few you find cost more than a fully forged 1.6.
The car is used for drift and track days and sometimes mountain streets touge..
This is my third setup and after 4 years i can say that i learned 'buy cheap, buy twice.. or thrice' saying. (first setup was emanage-Td04 and second setup was me221-chinacharger).
This is my actual part list:
Me221 ecu (good support and lot of tuner here in Europe)
FF 640cc EV14
Walbro 255lph
Toyota cop's
EBC
Kraken subaru 3 holes cast manifold
Kraken T25 low mount
3" DP to backbox
GT2871R
10 litres FMIC
Coolant reroute
19 row oil cooler
B6 engine 100k miles that i'm going to build this winter
Wiseco 79mm 8.4:1 pistons
H.-Beam rods
ACL racing bearings
ARP main studs
ARP head studs
OEM head gasket
Boundary stage 1 72psi oil pump
Fluidampr
So i'd like to keep using my exhaust sistem and i need a subaru flanged turbo (to replace my actual td04hl-19t), what do you guys recomend? i have seen vf34 or td05/16g turbos that could take me to my target 320-350 whp or there are some ThaiCharger like ArashiDynamics that made some hybrid subaru flanged ball bearing gt2860-2867 for like 1000 bucks.. does anyone know the quality? are them total junk?
GT2871R - low mount t25 - 3 inches DP - Midpipe and Backbox from Kraken
Actually i have a 1.6 lightweight 9 lbs flywheel and i need a new clutch, do i need to upgrade to 1.8 flywheel and clutch? any advice? lightweight or not? (i have never tried a non-lightweight one so no comparison..)
1.8 flywheel and stage 4 competition clutch.
This is my first engine build so could you please say me what do i need to ask to the workshop? i like to go there with clear ideas, for sure i need to:
ENGINE WORKS
bore cylinder for the new pistons
resurface block and head
crank balancing
bearing measurament
full head cleaning and reassembliyng with new seals
3 angle valve job and a little head work
will update with pics and videos!
i'm sorry for my bad english, hope it isn't too annoiyng.

Welcome!
I love Lake-Como, we come by every year, when we drive to Corsica!
I think 320whp is going to be a stretch on a 1.6 with your platform, even more so, if you are forced to have a cat. Is a TD05-20g an option? These can make some power, but I don't know, if the flanges are exactly the same.
Arashi seems to make some quality compressor wheels and housings, no idea on full turbos. They do look good on paper...
To your engine build:
No need for balancing the crank, if your car was fine before disassembly. Good idea, but not the end of the world.
Otherwise your list looks very good!

UPDATE i upgraded to t25 hardware and gt2871r
yesterday i disassembled the engine and it is really healthy! will take it to workshop this days.
What works do you guys advice me to ask to the workshop?
- head disassembly, cleaning, resurface, measure and reassembly with new (felpro) valve steams. maybe a 3 angle vj and a little porting? worth the cost?
- crank, pistons and rods, flywheel balancing
- ring gap
- overbore to 79 (any advice on piston - wall clearance? 0,004 seems the forum choice)
- check bearing clearance (0,0018-0,002)
- block resurface
here some pics of my engine!
ready for the workshop
no banana rods!!

i'm at 400kms of break in now, actually 0.7 bar (10 psi), will incrase to 1.5 bar (21 psi) after oil change in this days.
the plan is to stay on Royal Purple brake in oil until 1000 kms and than switch to Motul 300V 5w40.
Will share results after fine tuning on the dyno!

here it is the DYNO test.
for reference: forged 1.6 - gt 2871r - kraken lowmount - me221 - ff 640cc
intake temperaures were really hot (40-50°C due to too much time at idle without fans) and external temp was 10-15°C.
log atteached.
Rev limiter at 6800 (drift use)
307cv - 398 NM = 303hp - 294 lb*ft
