I have wanted those for so long. Definitely give your thoughts on them. I just got a 4.3 and an OSgiken in the mail for my 01 SE, so I can join you at mnet for "Gross Too."

Hey so....

Coolant hoses. Both radiator and heater.

I have Skou's reroute spacer deal and a Kia neck. Figure i'll do the FM lower hose.

I'd like to do the upper in silicone as well. That's kindof a thing i'm sure i'll have to figure out myself, but i do have an Escalade hose in the meantime.

Heater hoses: Mishimoto makes them, but for NA. Do those fit NB as well? If not, what do i order?

Yes, the Mishimoto NA8 hoses fit on the NB just fine, I'm using them with zero issues. I called Mishimoto directly and they claimed it wouldn't work. 949 is the only one who lists them for NB fitment, because, well, they fit.

If you want quality silicone hose to use for your upper radiator hose, Vibrant makes it. I posted links and part numbers in my "M-Tuned Coolant Reroute service parts" thread. I'm on a mission to eliminate all rubber from under my hood and Vibrant makes a lot of convenient diameters. My only warning is to make sure you get quality clamps. **** Ace hardware clamps will cut up the silicone and make you cry.

I learned my lesson with this. Worm gear clamps are no good on silicone, they don't get tight enough and if they do they will shred everything. Though, i've had decent luck with ebay t bolt clamps.

I learned the same lesson. T-bolt clamps on silicone hoses FTW.

Fastenal has good prices on t-bolt clamps. I also have way too many extras because I bought boxes of 10.

Stock. I wrote a whole novel to Emilio about my potential choice (earlier low ratio booster), and he responded back with:
