I think you are ready to do some track days!
Putnam Park with 1010ths late May?
I'll probably go to the Scca event early May.

Yes, i think that i will sign up for Putman at the end of May, been working on resurecting a tire trailer that Gus and i built 16 years ago... Did you ever see that trailer Braian?

Took it to be sandblasted and powdercoated today, looking pretty sad on Sunday

Thanks, i actually took some boost out at lower RPM's to make the car easier to drive in the street on my winter all seasons, also have a 16 year old that drives it when i take him somewere and i don't want to end up in a dich with him behid the wheel.
Got the car washed today, think that it is time to put on the summer tires

Add a key switch that opens the circuit to the EBC.

I think that CODTUS new setup is the ultimate way to go, i installed a boost table switch but could only get only get one boost level working at a time, ebc would go nuts on the other table, then i gave up and installed a cabin mounted manual boost controller "i know kill me now" but i really like being able to dial whatever boost i want.Great for autocross, you can feed it in as you learn the course and the tires warm up.

That's fine. But for only 2 levels you don't need table switching. Just kill power to the solenoid and you are back to wastegate, no matter how much boost the MS is calling for.

True, still have the switch in the dash and will have to try it.
Started working cutting my track day hood vents, will put the hood on the car and do some flow test before painting it flat black.

Thanks, should have made it a little wider, 245's on 9" ul's fit but dont think that they would fit with the 10" rims... Nover imagined that there would be 10" rims for small cars like the Miata back when i built this thing.

Debating if I want to attempt to weld on it...

Unfortunatley this is a steel hood that i purchased without asking if it was oem, i will measure it when i get home, the OEM hoods are aluminum and i think that they are around 1mm thick it is likley to warp pretty bad if you tig it.
