Oil Feed & Return - fitted

Just need to fit the Downpipe,Wideband and hook up the water lines. I've ordered my Megasquirt ECU,once thats here its time to tune the base map to suit.

 

Downpipe is now heat wrapped and fitted to the car. Car started first turn of the key and runs sweet

Had a member from MX5 Nutz come over today to fit and tune the Megasquirt ECU,heres a lil video:

MASSIVE smiles all round! Extremely pleased with how it runs and drives! Just need abit more fine tuning in Tuner Studio and she'll be perfect

 

I'm liking the look of your car a LOT. I'm just not sure about the fighter plane mouth on the side. Homage to Rusty slammington?

Huh. A bondo-colored car. Overall a little CR ish, but it actually looks pretty cool. Nice move getting MS right away -- right choice VS. stock and hoping not to blow it up.

Edit to add: You had different taillights in the original picture. Can you get rid of the black borders on the ones in your first pics? Without the black borders I'd really like them... or black borders on, say, a white or black car. Anyway, pretty cool looking. What brand are they?

 

By CR-ish i take it you mean the wheels/suspension? Everything else is practical?

 

Mainly the fitment and camber of the wheels and tires, but just the style as a whole, I mean, you've clearly got a race interior but the rest of your car isn't set up for racing, just a distinctive looking street car. it isn't really cohesive as a car. But it looks like you're heading that way, ish.

I do think the wheels are a cool style though. Looks pretty sick on the dyno.

 

so what exact turbo did you end up with?

 

Understandale! Getting a new exhaust system 2.5" turbo back made this week. Then next month i'll be swapping the cheap ebay coilovers to some Meister-R Zeta-S

Nice man! I love it, glad to see it running on a proper EMS. The car looks bouncy as **** though over that road, i mean my kyb agx / ground control combo doesn't even bounce like that. Upgrade that shizz.

 

The red tinted lexus lights? I removed them as water was getting in,i've now sold them.

Coilovers are being upgraded in the next month or 2
