What all do you have left?

Is it a DIY IC, or a kit?

I have to bolt the piping together, mount the oil cooler, turn the key, put the interior together, road tune.

the car fired yesterday, oil psi pegged, lots of noise. However I have to make a pipe for the reroute before I can drive it. Aside from that I just have to bolt everything together. Wagz is coming over today to help strip stuff from under the hood. PS is going too.

Unfortunately I fell ill last night at did lots and lots of puking between the hours of 2 and 6am. The best was when I dry heaved hard enough to get a nasty nose bleed...so every time I barfed after that, blood poured from my nose...but I scored a pretty good abdominal work-out from the deal, so it will save me time in the gym. I'm working on the car right now though, so all the haters can kiss my ***.

current roadblock:
the begi "coolant reroute" doesn't work because of my big *** sway bar

the exhaust is big:

I wish the intercooler was centered:

Maybe you are allergic to semen? I've heard of people developing this reaction after ingesting large quantities over a long period of time. Hope you feel better.

you won't notice the off center IC once the car is sitting on the ground (or once you're sitting in the driver's seat for that matter)

That was quite a debate last night, and wasted more time than it was worth.
But +1 with your reasoning.....

I'm curious to see what you come up with to solve the sway bar clearance issue with the coolant reroute. I have the big RB bar as well, though still researching all the coolant reroute methods.

I took the 99 factory water pump flange, welded up the heater return bung, and ran a 99 lower radiator hose. It sucks ***, but it will get me started. The radiator didn't fit in the stock brackets, so we took the rubber hanger thingies off, and we're going to build a lower mount for it.

There is a couple things in this kit that didn't work out, possibly because its a 99 motor in a 1.6 car. The cool-air-box doesn't fit in the frame holes, and the water and oil "distribution block" is too close to the compressor housing, so the lines are zip tied together. You know about the lower coolant flange, which I really wish i could use. I'm going to work in Austin for a while (again), and I plan on dropping the car off at begi and asking them to make a metal reroute for my car, fixing the cool-air-box, and maybe a couple other things.

I'd like to point out that my enthuza exhaust fits perfectly in the mutant car...big ups to enthuza, mad respek. Also, an even bigger thanks to machismo and wagz for the help. They are my bitches.

I have to fix two coolant connetions where I used gay sealant **** when I should have just used teflon tape like I knew all along.
