Wow, missed this thread. Love the engine bay, don't envy the amount of wiring work it takes to do that though. I haven't been able to justify it.

Good work, different direction than most, but as you stated, it wasn't your intention to create what we Borg here tend lean towards.

God I hate looking at my engine bay after seeing yours...

guess I didn't realize how long its been since ive posted in here. few additions to the build and a few changes, I sold my supertech pistons for a set of weisco 79mm 9:0:1, will be getting them coated before engine assy, and sold my delta regrinds and purchased a set of kelford 280s.

the kelfords have not arrived yet. to finish off the engine electronics I purchaced an aem twin fire ignition module to pair with my fab9 coils and also an aem k type 4 channel egt monitoring system.

For when the car is track ready I purchased an inline staging brake for launching

breather cans plumbed up

picked up a kaaz 1.5 way lsd and will be using an rx7 housing

and I was also very fortunate to have BC Racing sponsor me a set of custom valved drag coilovers, 8k/6k springs and 1" taller fronts and 3" taller rears

im also doing the vibrant push lock vaccum fittings

unfff those 6 pot wilwoods...yum

You are really really making me want to convert my radiator hoses to AN connections. Not for reliability, it just looks so much cleaner than rubber.

Do you have a shot of the turbo on that manifold? Trying to wrap my brain around how your downpipe works with the flange orientation.

*edit* you are the bastard with the super clean bay on FAB9's facebook page...I gotta stop my envy before it turns to hatred jealousy.

You should put something between that radiator hose and the fuel fitting to stop the rubbing.

Every time I peek in here I'm blown away at the amount of work. Looking forward to seeing it finished.

What are your impressions of the CCP hardtop?
