JackV's whoknowswherethisbuildwillgo NB1 Miata
#26
i dont see the metal snapping or new welds breaking, especially if the turbo is properly braced. (the 16g isn't heavy enough to really worry about but better safe than sorry.) i've known several people who have ran egay manifolds that were re welded and having zero issues. i can't justify spending 300 + dollars for a manifold on a miata at this point in time. if it DOES break oh well. then i'll figure something out then, but it will work for the time being. i have faith that this manifold will last at least year, by then i should have a different manifold and turbo setup.
and yes i am on clubroadster. the 17's were a good deal (200 bucks with new tires) and look a **** ton better than the stupid dasies.
