Yep, we followed the Flying Miata instructions to not only adjust the free play at the pedal, but make sure there was no play in the slave. This was of course after I bled through half bottle of dot4 and made sure there wasn't a drop of air. Pedal felt good the entire travel and you could feel the heavier pressure plate early in the stroke. I made sure the pedal wasn't bent or loose or has bad bushings and we moved the clutch switch to have maximum stroke.

I ran through all we did with act dude and he said it sounded like it was a hardware issue and we did all our due dilegence. I hope so, coz I'm tired of dropping that trans and every time we work on it, My FD has to go outside and it rains on it.

What was the throw out bearing that you used? Man thats a weird issue hope you get it sorted

The throw out bearing and pilot bearing on the car are from the ACT clutch set. They're working fine right now with Aaron's flywheel, clutch disk, and pressure plate. We suspect the pressure plate that came with the ACT set to be the culprit...

By the way, Here's my AFR target table whilst running on wastegate and non-intercooled. I'm seeing 120-160 IATs for now. Am I doing this right?
