Just another low budget build I guess...
Nothing too fancy...
1.9L with VVT, JE pistons, Pauter rods, BE oil pump
Garrett 3076, 29psi
Tial EWG and BOV
Custom 80mm exhaust
Individual port WI with Snow Performance S3 controller and SafeInjection module
MS2 standalone ECU, 3bar MAP, EBC, VVT Controller
Fuel Injector Clinic 1150cc injectors, Mtuned fuel rail, AEM FPR
RX-7 FD gearbox
I will be doing the tuning.
Should be somewhat pleasant to drive I guess.

I would not trust expect the 3076 to get you much past 29 at the most. At that point they just blow hot air nothing more. Ask Faeflora he will tell you. On his motor it fell on its face at 26 lbs. so you may want a little bigger turbo.

I was just kidding when I said more than 29psi. We will probably stick at 26psi for daily use and only turn it up to 29psi on the dyno just for kicks. We got 400rwhp at 26psi from a 1.6 with the same turbo, so it should be ok at 28-29.

Ok that is better I thought you were really gonna push it past 29 psi. Not saying it can't be done but its like running the stock turbo on my girlfriends jetta at 24 psi. Why? just get a bigger one.lol

Got this to the dyno today. Got 425hp, 370tq (omg the torque).
Then once back in the shop, I realized that the system was out of water for the WI, and the ECU had retarded the ignition 5* once in boost because of it (FUUUUUUUUU). It would have made another 30-60hp and 20-30tq with the ignition figures in the right place.
