quick update i made a thread on msextra and asked phil tobin about my issue and apperently
With an MS3 you can set it up to pass many values back from the MShift with the normal runtime data, but with MS2 that is where you need to have TunerStudio read the runtime data of the MShift through the MS2.
Shadow Dash doesn't support that yet. It would not be hard to make it. I will take a look for the next release.
So **** might be working the way i intend it to eventualy hurray for customer feedback, and on the ball development.

What kind of MegaSquirt are you running for your main controller?
The core to talk to multiple controllers is there, but it doesn't currently load multiple devices.
Something to consider is that If you are running on bluetooth, the data rate would probably be pretty lousy if talking to 2 controllers with CAN pass through.
