The house is in immaculate condition - and the wife/kids loved it... I didn't see any need to haggle in the listing price for what it is and offers, fitting my family and business needs - or risk a multiple offer bidding war. House was under contract within 10hrs of being on the market Sits on 3.3 acres, woods in back... 322k on a VA loan - better rates and no PMI since I have only about 60 to put down.

Luke - The door's open - bring the family - but you'll have to kill a couple beers this time
Steve - that *might* be behind the trailers several miles down the road
What should come to mind when someone mentions Alabama
However, in true redneck fashion - this pic was snapped last fall out the shop door

Uhgghh... it's been a long journey Joe - too long! This house and shop move has drained me - both physically and financially (initially). I take the shell to Hux next week - then HOPE to have it back for next spring. I haven't run with nasa for over a year now - wonder if I'm still on their instructors list?
I'd be done with it by now if I didn't keep adding things to the list - I'm also the king of ADD/ADHD

I haven't run with NASA for over a year also, just getting back into the swing of things now. We will have to meet up at RA and/or CMP when you get it back (and hopefully Steven will be there too!).
