The house is in immaculate condition - and the wife/kids loved it... I didn't see any need to haggle in the listing price for what it is and offers, fitting my family and business needs - or risk a multiple offer bidding war. House was under contract within 10hrs of being on the market Sits on 3.3 acres, woods in back... 322k on a VA loan - better rates and no PMI since I have only about 60 to put down.

That is literally exactly what/where my dream house would look like/be.

Good job, man! That's a great house.

Birmingham is a pretty good town.

Where they think you live when you say Alabama:

Wow, beautiful house!

I'm a little bit jelly....

Looks like I'm going to have to crash at your place the next time I'm going to Barber.

Luke - The door's open - bring the family - but you'll have to kill a couple beers this time

Steve - that *might* be behind the trailers several miles down the road
What should come to mind when someone mentions Alabama

However, in true redneck fashion - this pic was snapped last fall out the shop door

Man that property is real nice and I look forward to the day when I have a separate garage. I also see alot of deer around my house in Hoover. Here is a shot of one that was chasing some does through my yard.

Can't. I have to be home before the streetlights come on. And I'm planning an engine build an a European vacation in the spring. I'm limiting a few things but I hear it is a fun track.

Uhgghh... it's been a long journey Joe - too long! This house and shop move has drained me - both physically and financially (initially). I take the shell to Hux next week - then HOPE to have it back for next spring. I haven't run with nasa for over a year now - wonder if I'm still on their instructors list?

I'd be done with it by now if I didn't keep adding things to the list - I'm also the king of ADD/ADHD

Just that NB I saw a page or two back . Congrats on the house man, I am freakin jealous!

I haven't run with NASA for over a year also, just getting back into the swing of things now. We will have to meet up at RA and/or CMP when you get it back (and hopefully Steven will be there too!).

What about you? You didn't come to Miatas at the Lake, you aren't here now at Road Atlanta... None of you did. I must have been an awful *** last time to get this treatment from you guys.
