NB slowest build ever
Almost ten years have passed since my last post on the forum and my build progress has been equivalent, at least until a little over a year ago.
Long history short, I have been intermittently driving my miata during this time, with my old setup, T3/T4 bolted to an old log manifold, being not very prudent with maintenance and temperature management.
A few years ago the turbo ended its life, mainly due to abusive use with high oil temperatures without an oil cooler. Time to get it right.
Oil cooler, simple setup, an10 lines, mocal sandwich plate with thermostat
Oil temp, oil pressure and water temp gauges for peace of mind
The new turbo setup, old log manifold vs. new sch40 equal-length, 3" downpipe
Porting wastegate
Work in progress
Once is done I'll need to decide on suspesion and wheels

I've put a hundred miles on new manifold, no loose nuts, no leaks. Still running on wastegate pressure, time to crank up the boost. The target boost is 10 psi in midrange increasing to 14-15 at redline.
With old manifold I reach 100% injector DC @ 14 psi, 19° spark avance, AFR's in low 12, I needed to retard 3-4° in order to meet 11,5 AFR target.
So my 440cc/min injectors are not going to cope with labor

I have run into a little problem. My LC-2 is not working anymore. Green light remains blinking supposedly heating up but never ending. It does not throw any error code. Has anyone else had this problem with an LC-2?
