You nailed it. It happens to align perfectly with the screw holes of the dash surround where eye vents go. I just used slightly longer screws and it's incredibly sturdy. I haven't touched it since installing it.

Thanks for that, did you have to trim the dash pad edge or the tombstone?

I didnt have the modify the dash pad. I took a file to the tombstone just the take it back a millimeter or two. Just to take pressure off of it. I should be able to take it off and not have the modifications be noticeable.
