I will post a log tonight, I am going to check the wastegate flapper arm tonight as well and go over all the piping. I have the greddy td04 kit. I think I am getting my hands on a pressure tester as well. The weird thing is I still pull 21 vac at idle, so it doesn't seem like a boost leak until you try to hit boost.

Someone verify this, I heard if you spray starter fluid around the intake manifold with the car running and it revs up it means you have a leak there.

sorry this is a little late but did you ever find out what was wrong with your boost? I think it could be the boost gauge line fittings.
