This is super helpful! I had no idea is made a difference. I assumed it was on correctly, since there was only one slot for it to fit in. Perhaps I have it on backwards. I'll be able to check it in about a week when I get back home

got around to getting the car to start. Turns out I had the timing plate backwards!

Now I've got a seized right front caliper...

Yeah you sure did! the wheel has been great and from I can see it is fairly simple to find out of a protege. If and when I go ahead and get the alcantara flat bottom, i'll see if you still need it
