Looking good, I definitely should have driven your car when I was sitting in it with the keys in...Maybe I can get a ride at Laguna? (It's Alex BTW, you know, the guy who's been texting you nonstop since we met?)

Laguna was hard on my car. Broke my exhaust from front to back. Also blew 106.x db while it was broken.

Default Sorry

Uhmm some things I skipped... lifted the head last season a hand full of times, figured out what Head studs to get.

Went to buttonwillow 2 weeks before super lap battle and was turning a 2 minute lap. Made Some suspension adjustments and went to slb. Took 4th In lrwd with a 1:54. interesting thing on track is we kept dropping tire pressure and adding rear wing.

With last year behind us I’ll catch up briefly for this year.

after slb, found my Supertech intake valves wore out after 6 race hours and some dyno time.

So this year, I pulled the head off once again, new custom valve guides. installed b18 ferrea intake valves with a f20 retainers/ keepers and dsm conical springs with a modified Supertech spring seat. Massive amounts of seat pressure now.

I also upgraded to a megasqurt ultimate and required the engine bay

Did a track day at thunder hill west and broke the exhaust yet again.

New design has much more slack and a few more rubber mounts. Ali g with being welded onto the tube part of the muffler.

I also made a trade for a c30-94 that will go in the car very soon. Looking to put a restrictor in it to cap the boost. Hopefully I can make more
mid range power and cap it at 350hp

Default Making parts now

Figured out that once
you more than triple the power things will have issues Especially when you try to put the power down.

all the aftermarket ruca have crappy designs one way or another.

Sat down with my colleague and designed up a bracket to weld into the ruca to stiffen it up.

I also sent my intake manifold out to get cnc ported by vpm.

Plan is to drop the compression on my new engine, go to a 30mm exhaust valve and play with cams on the dyno. Looking to slow the motor down to keep it from blowing up again.
