I had a lot of work to do in the last weeks. But im constantly working on the car. I tucked my light harness around the fender. Relocated the fuse Box to the passenger side. Removed all unused Cabels. left parts from my old Engine Harness as long my old Engine is in the car. After pulling the Engine i will put a custom harness with the new one. Then i will wrap the last pieces.

Next i have todo some brakets and diy fender braces. Then i will work on my ignition system which i will test on my old engine before the swap.

A lot of news on my car. I build some fender braces. Switched to my CBR Coils. Fabricated a braket to mount the NBFL ABS into my NA. Deleted my heater core depowered my staring rack.

After long waiting for my ATI exchange core Engine is in and has currently around 800 km. Unfortunately i have no picture with all installed. Engine runs really smooth and has a good idle. Im running a conservative basemap with no vvt control. After the next 200 km i will do my 4th Oil change and start tuning the engine. Next weekend i will install my d2 big brake kit. Tomorrow i will post some pics from my engine bay, seats, brakes and interieur.

 

New brakes are coming. 16 inch D2 in the front and sportive in the back. Had to order new rims to fit the brakes. Currently i have some problems with my vvt. After the fix i will fab some mounts for my seats.

 

Today i installed my brakes. Installation was smooth and easy. No rubbing. But after testdriving some meters there was non stopping rubbing. The scratches came from only 100-200m. My steeringrack endlings are rubbing against my rotor. Somebody an Idea how to fix this? I could shim my rotors but this sounds realy ghetto
