use proper hoses and clamps and your water leak will go away.

What injectors and ecu are you using in this build?

MAF, atmospheric bov,and 14psi makes me cringe but i know some people live for maf systems.

Did you ever get the car tuned and on a dyno?

I'm working on finding some good clamps and hoses, I have transmission hose on it. At the time that was all I could find at my local stores. I have a maf, and running 14 psi, the BOV is recirculated though.

The car came with an AEM fic6, @ 14 psi on the hardest load I can hit I get a max duty cycle of 75%. I'm not sure what brand injectors or how many CC's they flow but has to be 550+ to move that much fuel without even knocking on 80%.

Not yet, after tomorrow I will know if I can afford it or not. I might have to drop about $500 tomorrow for school. If I don't I will get it tuned tomorrow. My goal is to be knocking on 300whp.

Another thing, the maf is so simple to use. Going from speed density to a maf, I absolutely love it.

I was told she has forged rods, not sure on compression or anything of that matter.

Find some hard lines from a genuine 16g. They point towards the front of the car, run under the turbo, and keep the lines well away from your manifold. They extend far enough away from the heat that rubber lines won't fail.

Do you want me to take my entire engine apart just to see what I am running. Other than pistons, rods, or injectors I know exactly whats in my car. Why do you keep jumping in to make comments like this anyways, stay out if you don't have anything positive to say or constructive comments.

Well, I just checked out my AEM FIc and clicked on the switch injector size function. The tuner is calibrated to 1000cc injectors. I'm going to try to get some numbers on the injectors so I can be 100% sure.

No, I want to see your **** blow up fantastically! I, however, would do exactly that. I looked into buying an already-turbo'd car to save money (which I still might do). If I were to buy one, the first thing I would do would be to wire the wastegate open until I knew everything about the car.

If I knew the engine was rebuilt, I would probably rebuild it myself 1) to learn (I've never built an engine before) and 2) to make sure it was done right. God knows the PO was doing enough things wrong.

The fact that you installed a bigger turbo without even knowing what injectors you have blows my mind.
