No cats, it passed CT emissions last year.
No A/C, I took it out.
Whole car was re-sprayed factory color 3 years ago.
Closest big airport is Hartford, about 45 min away.

Sorry for not responding to people, I've been super busy. I'm in the process of buying a house. I'm going to give it until spring time to sell the car and if no one buys it then most likely I'll part it out.
I'll sell the car with the stock wheels and no hardtop for $5500! That's a hell of a deal considering stock miatas in this condition go for $3500-4000
