Judging by the pics it does not have ABS and I do not see a PS pump, unless I missed it.

 

I'm laughing at my stupidity in no using deductive reasoning.....still would like a cash in hand price.

 

This may be out of line, and in the wrong place, but have you thought about building a bare frame? That would give you a chance to make any modifications you want (welding seams is one that comes to mind). Not sure how bad the front of your car is...
