I'm not really paying attention but I believe there have been some alterations since it was originally configured by the shop that built it. Perhaps someone else could shine some light on any changes that may have occurred since the original build. Anyone?

I know the current owner (casually) and based on what I know of him, he has a tendency to buy really cool and unique cars, enjoy owning and driving them for a couple years, then sell them to buy the next toy.
Nothing to be concerned about. Obviously if you are looking into seriously buying this car by all means go over it with a fine toothed comb, but it isn't anything wrong with the car (as far as I know) that makes it undesirable to keep, drive, and race.

Still available. I've owned it for the past two years (bought it from Chris Amos 4/18). The only difference since Emilio owned are a new expansion tank, a new seat mounted to the floor, a new Momo steering wheel, brand new Toyo RR's, and flex fuel with all tuning done.
Not perfect, but the history is well documented and its a blast to drive!

It's a solid build. Like any high HP HPDE toy, it requires maintenance. A Prius it isn't. But the sound it makes.. one of the most spine tingling K swapped Miatas around. Light enough that's is fast even before Vtec. So you're rocketing away from most <250whp cars already, then it hits Vtec, gets 3x louder, squats down and rockets away. Many funs.
