If I would have dumped 17k into a miata and it was not AT LEAST on par with JayL's, HF's, or Savingtons I would end myself.

wouldn't you need atleast a 255 to reach 300whp?
i had a walboro 255 on my old s/c miata on a rich tune it was making 220rwhp and i had a built head and pauter rods + wiseco pistons.

stock pump and 550s could support 300rwhp tops.

I see a FMU on his setup. so its possible to have the support of 400rwhp with 550s and a 255 pump if he has one.
