90% of the murders in NYC are made by Blacks and Hispanics.
With the new union-crushing bill passed, i'm sure the numbers are about to increase.
The legislation will sharply increase what state and local workers must contribute for their health insurance and pensions, suspend cost-of-living increases to retirees’ pension checks, raise retirement ages and curb the unions’ contract bargaining rights.

Do you live in a box? Take a look at Africa. It's full of countries with the highest illiteracy rates, along with the highest death rates. Problem is the the birth rates always are greater than the death rates.
That leaves us with countries full of really poor, really illiterate people, who have nothing to do but breed and then die of starvation or aids. Cycle continues endlessly.
