I thought it was a funny line that came off poorly. Based on twitter reaction...his loyal base liked it, everyone else thought it came off arrogant and superior. That's not surprising I guess, but even the conservatives or moderates that would normally at least recognize a good line from Obama seemed put off by it.

Of course they knew. Even the most ardent Obama supporter knew this video pitch was/is BS. It's just amazing that they can wallpaper over this EPIC failure for Obama.
I've heard more plausible excuses from my four year old.

They should define racism for us.
Would have it have been smarter for the lady to at least say something like:
It is the Communists’ intention to make people think that personal success is somehow achieved at the expense of others and that every successful man has hurt somebody by becoming successful?
or
It is the Communists’ aim to discourage all personal effort and to drive men into a hopeless, dispirited, gray herd of robots who have lost all personal ambition, who are easy to rule, willing to obey and willing to exist in selfless servitude to the State?
or even simply put:
Obama believes that man is the rightless slave of the state?

I was just pointing out the ironing. They did a nice job on the perm-press.
But Chris does need to study a few things out if he still thinks the pre-planned terrorist attack on our embassy was not about the video that only 2000 people saw at the time.
