I'm sure that the top 1% were all dropouts sitting on the couch in some buddy's crappy apartment playing XBOX at 3am when the money fairy knocked on the door and told them they were wealthy. Do the idiots amongst us think that the very wealthy got that way by being stupid slackers? They are diligent and clever people with a willingness to take risks for meaningful rewards. They very often failed repeatedly before becoming successful but learned from every mistake and improved themselves and their tactics. They worked smarter and not just harder. There is a difference between the guy who is the best damn window washer in town and the guy who decides to start his own window washing company, then franchise it out regionally, then nationally, then goes public with the stock and makes hundreds of millions.

Dumbasses don't understand that the minimum wage means low-skilled laborers whose labor isn't worth the minimum wage, won't get hired at all.

We need "low-skilled laborers whose labor isn't worth the minimum wage" anti-discrimination protection laws.

I don't want socialism.

I just want free college education with guaranteed $20 living minimum living wage, energy independence with no additional domestic oil and gas exploration & all nuclear power plants decommissioned, global debt forgiveness and abolition of credit reporting agencies.

Right....

To clarify, that link [edit: list, since there was no supporting link] on the Fox News site was not an "official" or even "semi-official" list of demands from whatever nebulous group is sort of in-charge of the random collection of protestors.

It was one submission or blog post from one person involved.

It would be like someone taking one of my economics-oriented posts and using it as the "unofficial list of economic prescriptions of MiataTurbo.net."

i mean, the "official" one you posted is still just one dude blogging some bullshit.

The official "Occupy" demand list:

1. Give me your ******* money.
2. Legalize animal sex.
3. Reelect Obama.

MiataTurbo's Official Economic Recovery Plan:

1. Kill all the homeless (instant unemployment rate drop!)
2. Balance the budget tomorrow (causing massive additional unemployment, but the rate will remain unchanged due to 1.)
3. Make open carry legal everywhere

Am I doing it right?

P.S. This is a picture/video clip thread, right?
