I'm a tech recruiter and I can believe this 100%. You will not believe how woke tech companies are. They bang the drum about how inclusive they are - - as long as you drink their woke kool-aid. Otherwise, just like every social media platform, they will silence you or fire you.

 

This is so real it seems like a spoof, but we saw it in action at our Middle school and high school. Surprise - all 3 of our teenagers are now in an online academy that is not woke. The far majority of Trans/Gay teens today are purely the result of social engineering and grooming by the Left.

Serious question: when was the last time you saw a resume on which the applicant had listed their skin color?

I get that listing pronouns is becoming a thing, but if I were applying for such a job, and felt that listing pronouns would be expected, it'd be an easy thing to just cop out and go with they / them.


I finally did encounter pronouns in the wild recently. One of the folks who works for a company called Inrush Broadcast Services, which Sears has contracted to manage the broadcast floors and roof after the death of the former manager, has "(he/him)" in his email signature.

Not making that up. I know this guy personally, he doesn't seem like a weirdo, and he works in one of the least politically-correct industries on earth (we're just above offshore oil-drilling and web forum ownership), and yet he's got ******* pronouns in his sig.

I honestly feel as though I should confront him about it. Not violently, but more like "Dude... what the ****?" He's young-ish, and he might honestly just not know any better.
