I would certainly consider eating one's own poop to be a vice.

 

This is one of those moments that turn my thoughts to the paleo-diet crowd, and make me want to say that "If you really wanna go with what our ancestors ate, you need to be consuming more poop."

I lost 10lbs this month... down to 235 (6'4").
No added sugar, doing my best at portion control (not calorie counting).
No more soda.
On the wagon.
Nothing processed... and I mean nothing... I miss cheese and pepperoni and M&M's.
Eat only fruit, veggies, meat.
2-3x crossfit classes a week.
2-3x 5mile runs.
2x 1hr periods of Ultimate with the command.

Wife and I are basically doing Whole30+21Dayfix for 4 months. I have to cancel her subscription to Oxygen when this is done. Goal is 220 by end of August, 210 by Halloween.

 

I'm having a pint of Haagen Dazs chocolate-peanut butter for dinner.

Yeah I'm definitely getting in touch with my feminine side. I think I'll cap it off with a tawny port.
