Not surprising to me, this type of behavior has gone on since at least the 1930s (the earliest I am aware of) in the US.

I like how all the trash in Louisiana who accepted HUD/CDBG funds to elevate or repair their homes, and accepted FEMA Mitigation funds to elevate or repair their home "double-dipped" and accepted funds for teh same work. The Office of the Inspector General says that any documented fraud of less than $130,000 is not worth the time to pursue.

That makes no sense to me. First of all, I'll happily pay money to a legal authority to pursue these degenerates. Second, and ironic, the IRS will come after you for one Dollar. Yes, one Dollar...why the double standard. What happens if the secret bro-spy network reports one of these FEMA-thieves? Are they ignored?

I like how people take these borderline sites seriously.

Oh, are we supposed to take Fox, CNN, MSNBC, etc seriously then? Because that's even more ridiculous.
