Truck was locked at 62. He only got up to 85 because it was on a steep downhill. Unfortunately it was a 24 year old dude with less than a year of experience. He made bad decisions yes but he's getting more time than serial rapists and killers.

According to Fox 5 San Diego, the unidentified officer was investigating a traffic collision. At one point, the officer became involved in a struggle with a pedestrian. A single gunshot was fired, and the officer was struck in his right thigh. He is listed as in serious, but stable condition.

Not only did police sit around while they let the kid go on a rampage, they actively prevented attempts to save children/stop killer.

After all the new details have been made public this am, I officially believe the police wanted this kid to murder more than 20 children and are very much complicit.

Sadly, it was even worse than that, seeing as how the police forcefully suppressed attempts by the parents to go in and try to save their kids.
Fine if you're a coward of a cop, go ahead and stay out in the parking lot, but for **** sake at least let the parents who weren't afraid go in. Unfuckingbelievable!
