Its not wrong to tell somebody to leave when they are loud, fighting, cussing, naked, etc. Its wrong to pick out someones "style" to kick out. If they kicked out a guy for tatoo's or piercing would that be ok? What about having a t shirt with a greyhound bus on it? What about someone with an NRA hat? What about someone with Kitty getting sucked into a turbo sticker on their bag? What about the opposite say pants up so high its splitting the ball sack?

I can think of 15 worse outfits that wouldn't get a second look. Where do you draw the line? If the guy was showing ass and wouldn't comply then hell yeah kick him off the plane. I agree that he has no "right" to fly, but we all have the right to be treated fairly in a public setting/business. Just like 18psi has no "right" to post on this forum. I agree with you. Anyone should be able to wear their pants like that walking down the street. However, the airline is a private business and they can do whatever the fuck they want, and I'd do the same thing if I were CEO.

Businesses can choose to make/not make money with whatever customer base they want.

What it comes down to is what a *reasonable person* would find offensive. You can't claim that someone wearing a plain white shirt is offensive, because that is unreasonable. No reasonable person would be offended by that. That goes along with all of the examples posted above...

If someone complains about something being offensive, and it is a reasonable claim then fix it or GTFO. I don't see many people complaining about a girl dressing slutty, but I bet if by all reasonable standards she was dressed inappropriate for an airplane she would get asked to leave, or change.

With that being said, in this dudes case, I'd probably laugh at him looking like a dumbass, but complaining and having him asked to leave is kind of overboard. Maybe a warning "Don't wear something like this again." would suffice. Then if he got rowdy throw his ass off.
