I agree that he looked like a douche. What I dont agree with is their decision to tell him to pull his pants up. If he wasnt showing crack who gives a shit. How many thong wail tails have you seen at the airport? The point is, they had no reason to bother this guy. It would be the same if they told me to tie my shoe, I'd say fuck you its my shoe.

18psi, tell the next Honda kid in your shop to pull his pants up or get out.
Its not wrong to tell somebody to leave when they are loud, fighting, cussing, naked, etc. Its wrong to pick out someones "style" to kick out. If they kicked out a guy for tatoo's or piercing would that be ok? What about having a t shirt with a greyhound bus on it? What about someone with an NRA hat? What about someone with Kitty getting sucked into a turbo sticker on their bag? What about the opposite say pants up so high its splitting the ball sack? I can think of 15 worse outfits that wouldn't get a second look. Where do you draw the line? If the guy was showing ass and wouldn't comply then hell yeah kick him off the plane. I agree that he has no "right" to fly, but we all have the right to be treated fairly in a public setting/business. Just like 18psi has no "right" to post on this forum. If he got banned for living in NorCal I bet he would be pissed... |

However, the airline is a private business and they can do whatever the fuck they want, and I'd do the same thing if I were CEO.

What it comes down to is what a *reasonable person* would find offensive. You can't claim that someone wearing a plain white shirt is offensive, because that is unreasonable. No reasonable person would be offended by that. That goes along with all of the examples posted above...
If someone complains about something being offensive, and it is a reasonable claim then fix it or GTFO. I don't see many people complaining about a girl dressing slutty, but I bet if by all reasonable standards she was dressed inappropriate for an airplane she would get asked to leave, or change. With that being said, in this dudes case, I'd probably laugh at him looking like a dumbass, but complaining and having him asked to leave is kind of overboard. Maybe a warning "Don't wear something like this again." would suffice. Then if he got rowdy throw his ass off. |

I agree with the business having rights as well. I just think it was handled poorly and to the extreeme. If I was CEO Hustler would be on the do not serve wine list just for shits. I'm with FRTfun.

And then his response is probably a 20-minute :hustler: :vash: about how he can wear his pants however he wants and no one can tell him what to do and he has a "right" to wear whatever he wants, where ever he wants. Who is more ridiculous? The airline or the guy who can't just pull up his pants and tighten his belt? |
This is America.. the big bad company is wrong. He deserves millions of dollars for mental hardship.

Thank fucking God someone finally took action on one of these fucking shitbag hoodrats. I'm sick of seeing that shit and they only do it because it causes controversy. The bigger deal it's made into, they more the love it. Fuck that shit. The only thing I don't mind about those faux-thugs is that you'll never catch them trying to get away from anything quickly....too busy pulling pants up to run.
