That kid needed a spanking...there was no child abuse involved. The guy sitting behind her needed to mid his own f 'n business. Funny...seems like she said "If I'm gonna discipline my child, I'm gonna do it. You wanna say something it'll be rat-ta-tat-tat on yo ***".

Defense claims " No assault took place because no one was hurt." Yeah right. What were their intentions firing an assault rifle into a bus with people on it? Starting an intelligent debate?

The defense needs to start being burned at the stake. If the defense makes assumptions like that, then they're equal scumbags just like the gun taunting criminals.
Ever see the movie with Gerard Butler where his wife and kid were murdered in front of him and the defense got the guys off in a smaller sentence, so he went and killed the murderers and then went after the lawyers and everyone involved as vengence?
That **** needs to start happening right now to restore the balance between good and evil.

1) spanking isn't child abuse
1a) if you're going to strike your child at all, spanking is the way to do so.
this is what i was told by the department of children and family services in cali. maybe pennsylvania is different.
2) the spanks weren't hard at all.
3) at least one person needs to mind his own business
4) jesus christ...opening fire cause someone threatens to turn you in?

While the defense is crazy, you can't get mad at the defense for putting up some kind of fight. Our legal system requires it. We aren't daughter ******* scoundrels and barbarians (well... the perps probably are, actually) and they are entitled to an honest attempt at legal representation. Now if they defense won... THAT would be cause for concern.
