I too am at that particular threshold. Maybe closer to 13-14psi with the same turbo. Going from cruising at an intake temp of 91f to full boost redline, my temps rose to 121f, using the smaller msm sized intercooler.
I mentioned all that because i'd like to see some kind of comparison between this turbo and any other larger turbo under roughly the same conditions. i.e. temp differential from ambient to full boost at engine redline.

You may not get to 230whp, but I ran a GT2554R at 15psi and saw ~220whp from a '99 motor with a 3" exhaust.
