Default 99 Turbo kit on a 94?

Just wondering what the differences are. The main area where i am concerned is the manifold/DP and Intercooler. Would these main parts be interchangeable?

if the DP is flanged at the CAT end the flanges wouldn't match from your 99 DP to your 94 cat. cut and weld

The main differences between 94 & 99:
EGR fitting - unless you block it off, may be a pain to adapt
Exhaust Flange - easy to fix
Oil Supply Source - easy to fix
Power steering cooler - some interference on a 99, no problem on a 94.

Besides the EGR and exhaust flange, everything should fit just fine. You can cut the old flange off and put a 94 flange on.

Thank you very much. Quick Q about the EGR. does it have to be in the manifold or can it be after the turbo. From my knowledge, it should not matter, but i want to be sure.

It might throw and engine code if it is post manifold.
