Default anyone have any comments on this turbo?

Just doing some dumpster diving and came across this..

SPA GTS-63 turbo, seems to be similar of the GT2554 but at a ridiculous price for a knock off? i couldnt find anymore information on SPA aside from what was in the description. anyone have any info?

Has a weird *** exhaust bolt pattern. I never seen one like that.

but seriously don't buy something that isn't even labeled correctly
although i hear that Brazilian quality is impeccable

you can buy a boatload of chinechargers custom cast with your logo on it....i would pass x10.
