Ha you’re in for a surprise. Just don’t get too upset if it takes months, it WILL arrive. Sometimes it just takes a while. This is a small operation

I recently put an order in for a full kit also. It's hard to hurry up and wait.

Kind of wondering in what particular order these shipments are going out. I ordered a full exhaust and turbo kit about 9 months ago (January) and I've gotten the run-around and eventual ghost.

Ultimately I want to trust the guy, but the overall process is a bit unnerving.

I ordered a manifold/downpipe/exhaust/intercooler kit from Mike on 18th October 2020, arrived 4th December 2020.

Communications can be slow but in my experience he's good to his word.

Sad but true. Many of the most innovative parts on my NA came from garage tinkerers. Not everyone has the resources, desire, or business acumen to become the next FM or Supermiata. Kudos to those out there who take the leap, 'cause they've brought us some great parts, some of which get picked up by other vendors and taken to the next level. Some just stay small, and you get on a wait list. Some can't keep the ball rolling and disappear.

I think he's a victim of his own success. He makes great parts at great prices, interest and demand builds, and he gets swamped and can't keep up with orders, requests and general communications. The parts are worth it if you can be patient though.

It’s true and I’ve seen the same with the industry outside of just Miatas. There’s also a luster that comes with being a garage tinkerer too - it ultimately motivated me to go with Kraken and I think I’d be less inclined to go with him if he were to start outsourcing his work. But then that doesn’t solve anything with logistics right lol?

Definitely this. Couple that with his attention to detail and it’s easy to see why he’d stop comms. I’d probably do the same lol

Yeah I think it's easy to underestimate how many kits he's selling outside of MT. Definitely still alive though.

I received my kit on Monday. I think the wait times will get worse with the recent video from the CarPassion channel. He’s going to get a lot more orders.

Production and international shipping has so many schedules fucked. I worked for a heavy equipment OE and we source a lot of items from EU and we have had to scramble to find alternates for many of our critical components because parts just can't be made.

I received my full EFR kit this last week. I ordered at the end of September. If you're looking to inquire about items I found a text to be the best way to get a quick response. The quality of the parts is really first rate. I can't wait to get everything installed.

Yup, got no update whatsoever. I decided to shoot an email after reading on here that people who ordered around the same time as me received their stuff. Got an answer the next day and lo and behold it was shipped out to me a couple days prior. Didn't get an email from the courier or kraken when it was shipped. He added the track and trace to the email and 2 days after it got delivered. (Ordered 27 September, was shipped 24 November and received 3 December)

Thanks for the info! I think I’m gonna let the holidays pass then shoot him an email beginning of next year if I don’t have it by then.
