Default Best Chinese T3 super 60?

So my turbo just **** itself, and its a random turbo from a mercedes that I am tired of using, so I dont want to rebuild.

Im thinking of going with a ebay special... Who are the best sellers? I was thinking of going with a T3 super 60 (I have a T3 flanged mani), opinions? Any other turbos I should look at?

That's what I'm running currently. If you plan on making ~300-350whp its great. Power delivery is very smooth, although be aware that unless you have a good manifold/ 3"dp/3"exhaust you wont hit full spool till somewhere north of 4200rpm. While its good for highway racing, it falls a bit short elsewhere.

I have all of those things. I want to make about 250 hp with room to grow in the future, so thanks for the reply! I dont mind a little lag, I think ill go for it. Thanks Jeff!

Oh, Jeff, did you run it out of the box or do a rebuild before you ran it? How many miles on it so far?

No rebuild, no need to. I am 110% convinced that the only reason that people have problems with these turbochargers is the lack of a restrictor in the oil feed. I used a 1/8" pop rivet in a -4an feed line and all of my smoking issues went away immediately. I have like ~300ish miles on it, maybe less. My car only gets driven on the weekends anymore though, so when it gets driven, I'm not gentle .
