Spreadsheet here we come. I'll hopefully be able to find the info about what turbo fits which manifold, etc... here on the old posts. Thanks for all the info everyone. It's great to see this is such an active and helpful forum.

I'm new to the Miata. I've got a 69 buick Gran Sport and a Saab Viggen. The Buick and Saab forums are also very active and helpful. I seem to be drawn to cars with big enthusiast followings. Also cars that have pretty well defined upgrade paths.

This is a good deal for a T3 exhaust manifold ($120):

but you'd have to jump on it real quick.

It was a good deal. Another board user bought it and then had to flaunt it in front of us all. Didn't even need it since he had another from begi and doesn't even have the car yet.

Yes I'm a sore loser.

Flaunt it? I guess so. Here you go. Not a mani, but something else you'll need unless you RRFPR. If you go EM, you'll want these:

Frank,

The saying goes "flaunt it if you got it" and you got it. I'm not really ready to start acquiring parts yet. I'm still laying out the game plan. Parts and deals seem to come along pretty regularly you just have to be ready and able to jump on them. Nice snag on the mani.

I've been researching WI on the board. It looks like the Devils own system and not running an FMIC gets me the power I'm looking for. Not having to fab the FMIC piping on a DIY project seems a whole lot easier.

Hey Cue-

IC is not that big of a deal to fabricate, and you don't have to worry about an empty tank leaving you boostless

You could also buy a 2.5Gal tank with your kit like me and not have to worry about running out

I am going to be running a 5gallon tank on my kit just to ensure that it does not run out on the street. When I go to the track I am going to change it for something a lot smaller. I just have to engineer it to be interchangeable

My commute is about 15 miles in 15 minutes. It's all freeway. I'll only be boosting when I see an opening or getting on and off the freeway. I'm pretty conservative on the street (friggin idiot at the track) How much water would a guy expect to go through?

Can I tap the water trapped in the doors?
