my bov has two nipples for 1/4" lines; what do i connect there and from where?

typically a bov like that, one port is above the diaphram, the other below....

so attach the top port to the IM, and the bottom port before the TB...tee off the turbo outlet.

or simply leave the bottom port open...it's only purpose is to help open the valve faster.
