Brand new flowforce injectors not working
First of all I have a 1989 NA. The Car has been stilling in storage since October. Over the winter I installed FM happy meal clutch hit, along with ff640 Flowforce Injectors. I also replaced all vacuum hoses and coolant lines. I recently got it put all back together, The problem I am having is when I go to crank it over the engine turns over but it does not want to catch at all. I looked to make sure i was getting spark to all 4 cylinder what I was. But after looking at the plugs more they where dry. The fuel pump does come on while i crack the engine. Next I go and check to make sure i have fuel pressure in the lines what it was. So i am 100% getting fuel to the rail. Made sure all my injectors where plugged in correct. I check all round on the car. The all had good contact points. So I believe I am just down to there being something wrong with my injectors or my tune. I really don't believe that it is something physically wrong with my injectors. I am running mspnp2 I believe I have I have my dead timings set correct to the the flowforce instruction on there website along with my battery voltage connection. I also think my required fuel is correct what is at 4.2. I am getting kinda stumped here. I am looking for any ideas of things i might have done wrong or whatever. All of this is fairly new to me.
What was the req_fuel for your original injectors?
Your req_fuel will be a function of that.
Original injectors were 212cc.
So if your req fuel was 4.2 previously, you would need 212/640x4.2 = 1.39 to be in the same ballpark.

That that for the current fuel injectos on the car.
Make sure the fuel lines aren't swapped at the hard lines. The HP line will still show pressure if it is hooked to the outlet of the regulator when measured at the hardline.
1) make sure of the above
2) make sure your tune is correct, because changing req fuel and voltage scaling alone is NOT enough
I think the thread title is really misleading: you have absolutely no idea if the injectors are in fact bad, and yet the advertisement it's putting out makes it sound like they are defective.
@Nigel at FlowForce will take care of you if they are in fact bad, but I highly doubt it. I have yet to see a set that's defective like you're describing, and I've tuned dozens of them.

Is the connector for the injectors plugged in? Is the ground for the injector circuit secure? It's possible that there could be a single faulty injector, but not all four. I'd look for an electrical fault first.

I know I don't have the lines flipped at the hard lines I checked that. What else on the tuning side do I have to change. I changed my injectors deadlines the voltage connection and required fuel. Ik i will have to completely change my ve table once it gets started?
