Default Car smells like lawn mower

I'm running a 3" catless exhaust with 460's and a ms. It has been like this ever since I went turbo and put a 3" catless exhaust on it. After pulling the car into the garage, it smells like I just ran the lawn mower. I'm losing no oil or coolant and the car isn't really smoking. Is this just a custom turbo kit thing or what?

I bet you have an exhaust leak somewhere.

Catless

Edit: tuning fuel can make the smell go away.

Let the car cool down well and then put it up and start it. Carefully holld your hand around all the joints and welds on your exhuast. Radiator fans make this pointess up front, so disconnect it.

Catless will cause a smell sometimes, but its usually not too bad. Do your AFRs on the AEM WB cycle around stoich 14.7:1 nicely at idle or do they stay low or high or otherwise act oddly? I am not familiar with MS yet, but do you have any way of looking at LTFT data?

Have you considered a wrench?

I have a post somewhere on my fix for this...search username and summit, or jegs...anyways get the clamp from them.

My begi was a fucked up version and hits the frame, there is no way in hell that bolt system will work. I had the nut cut off to keep it from contacting the frame anymore.

Drive to Wylie and get Abe/ARTech to do it right.

Whenever friends follow me somewhere they comment on how my car smells like a lawnmower. It's catless. But I never smell it inside the car.

Yeah, the inside doesn't smell like it, neither does the car while idling...just the garage later.

It's not a U-clamp...some kind of two ID band thing...forgot what it's called. It works though, haven't touched it in a year after having the bottom half of my downpipe fall off three times while practice buttsexing.
