I've got a fluxcore but i think my brother was given a Snap-On MIG. Gonna try and borrow that on Saturday.

When I get my garage wired for 240 and need some heavy welding, chicago electric FTW.

PS. Unfortunately some of you new guys dont remember my ghetto manifold. Cost me 16.50 back in the day. But I welded the turbo flange randomly to the runners making a dp impossible

somewhere on HMT is a cheaper one made from mild steel square tubing that was free- as in found, cut and welded to a stock mani flange.

you are referring to the infamous Squarefold. Cant seem to find a pic right now though :(

Looking at the cheap lincoln for $299 at sears today thinking that would be a great little investment.

I regard my $100 harbor freight flux-core as the best money I've ever spent aside from condoms.

The squarefold was made from fence posts, pretty sure someone is still running it. Think it's been on two cars now. It gets traded around to the newbs that want to go turbo.
