Clocking sr turbo but rounding bolts

I got it out! Thank you for all the suggestions, I considered all of them but cutting the bolt head off seemed to be the best option.
Tried vice grips, they just slipped. Gave the open end a few more shots for ***** and giggles and no luck. I finally faced the truth and got out the angle grinder. 10 mins of cutting and 90 mins of filing later i got the C ring retainer thing off!
I was under the impression that the CHRA was bolted to the turbine housing (false), and also that the bolts threaded into the C ring (also false). Once i got the first C ring off i realized the center hole is bigger than the bolt threads, so cutting the head of the bolt off would allow the c runs to just slide up and off of the bolt stud. It worked perfectly and I could not be happier with how tonight went!
Next step is read up on discounting the turbine housing and then clocking the compressor housing to match up with IC piping
