Default Cop Problem

Hi, inspired by the copīs thread i tried to build my first setup.
The problem is, the car wonīt start, an there is no rpm reading.
Maybe i have the wrong cops?
I builded it up with coils that are original at these models:
scion xa, xb 2004-05 1.5L / toyota echo 2000-03 1.5L /toyota prius 2001 1.5L
The denso number is 90919-02240.

Is it possible that the pinout is different to the 2239 ? Is there an alternative to made a bench test with the coils?

The pnp cable was build by using Braineack build thread, it checked it about 4 times, everthing is correct.

Any ideas ?

Probably different outputs on each. We've all been using the 1.8L coils.

maybe someone else can chime in on what outputs you need to move around.

if the motor is running, i can't see how the pinout would be different

what ecu do you have?

hahaha
was on the road from dawn to dusk today. sorry

if you're confident that your harness is good, probe the suspected trigger pin with a multimeter (or even an LED).
my cops don't excite the tach when cranking.

The harness was checked so many times, that i dreamed about it this night.
This must stop, i love my dreams more the kinky way.

Iīm going to measure the trigger after work.

My setup is an 1.6 with an emu, ms i pcb 3.0 lies here in on my table ready to install, you infected me with the ms virus

Update:

I measured the trigger voltage, itīs going up to 2V during cranking.
The harness was checked again, absolutly correct, got chance for nice dreams this night

And i did some research in the scion life forum, found out that the pins on the my cops are the same as the type in brainack write up.

Another idea is that i have to set Jumper 8 in the ultimate to 2-3 (12V ignition output), some toyotaīs use that setting. Maybe the trigger output voltage is to low by setting the Jumper to 5V.

ok if you have power, ground, and trigger, the car should run.
here's something scary to ponder over:
the diagram posted had the trigger lines backwards for my car. i switched the 2/3 trigger with 1/4 trigger and she fired up and ran like a champ.
scary part: if the spark fires during a compression stroke and if it lights the charge, the resulting event could destroy a rod.

Update:

I changed the trigger, no benefit.
Because i couldnīt get my idea with the low trigger voltage out of my head, i triggered the coil direct with 12V and ..... i get spark !

Could somebody with an ms or the the original ecu measure the trigger voltage during cranking for me ?
Or is there somebody running cops with an emu?

Iīm almost sure that i have to set J8 in the emu to 2-3 to get it run. I will try it tomorrow, my girlfriend wants my full attention

Or the cops from the 1.8 toyota, that you use, run with an lower trigger voltage, so i have to buy a set of them.

Based on the ignition mods for MS, I believe it's a 12v source.

Just buy another 4 of them for me... I have no clue, where to get them over here. At least not for less than ~60 Euros a piece.

Any news (I know this is a old post) but I have the exact problem (in my country only find 90919-02240 plugs).

From what i see in this thread it will work if you throw the trigger as a 12V instead of 5V. But apparently he had trouble with it so he abandoned this theory and bought some new coils.
